Adela Mizrachi serves as the Communications Manager for the Center for Global Health and leads the efforts to actively collect and share information about the Center for Global Health’s activities. She is responsible for managing the CGH website, building a community of practice around CGH activities, and increasing awareness about the Center.
Prior to joining NU, she worked at the American Institutes for Research (AIR) in Washington, DC where she served as the Deputy Director for Outreach & Communications for their International Development Division. Ms. Mizrachi also completed a year as the Country Project Director for a large-scale teacher training program in Ethiopia, which trained 20,000 6th, 7th and 8th grade teachers.
Ms. Mizrachi has her M.A. in International Education from George Washington University and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
